Q: Are all sales final?
A: Yes. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Q: Can I exchange my purchase if something is wrong with it?
A: Absolutely. If your kit arrives damaged or defective, you may exchange it for a new replacement kit. Please contact us within the specified timeframe with proof of the damage, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Q: Do you offer refunds instead of exchanges?
A: No. While all sales are final, we do offer exchanges for damaged or defective kits only. Refunds are not provided.
Q: How much does each kit cost?
A: Each kit is priced at $50.
